Free Ground Shipping is including with every order to most areas, we will notify you if you are out of this area. Free Delivery is a curb side delivery service. We do however offer a white glove delivery option to help you get the chair you need.
White Glove Delivery - White Glove Delivery provides in-home delivery, assembly, instructions and removal of related items as well as removal of all packaging materials. This option can be selected as part of the check out process for $200.00
1. Your item(s) will be transported to a local delivery agent via a line-haul carrier.
2. The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment: Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4 hour window.
3. Upon delivery please inspect the item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on the receipt.
Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure.
The delivery company will exercise due care at all times while on the property or in the residence of the member, leaving no debris or packaging materials behind.
White Glove Delivery Service is available in most areas within the Continental US. Additional delivery fees are required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area. If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you will be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped.
CancellationsAll quick ship orders canceled are subject to a 10 % fee if done before shipping occurs. All special order recliners or builder chairs are non-cancelable after production begins.
ReturnsAll returns must be approved and will be made only for defective products...We do not offer a comfort returns option although we will help you, as best we can, make the best decision the first time.
